Joe and Fred were helping to build a house in a village. The weather was very warm, there was a lot of dust everywhere, and by half past twelve, they were very thirsty, so they stopped work to have their lunch. They found the nearest small bar, went in and sat down with their sandwiches.
"Good afternoon, gentlemen. What can I get you?" the man behind the bar asked.
Joe looked at Fred and said, "Beer, I think. Yes, a pint of beer each. Is that all right for you, Fred?"
"Yes, that's all right." Fred said. Then he turned to the man behind the bar and said, "And I want it in a clean glass! Don't forget that."
The man behind the bar filled the glasses and brought them to Joe and Fred. Then he said. "Which of you asked for the clean glass?"
Joe和Fred在一个村里帮忙盖房子。天气很暖和，到处都是灰尘。12点半的时候，他们觉得非常口渴，便停下手中的活去吃午饭。他们找到最近的一家酒吧，走进去坐下吃他们的三文治。
“下午好，先生。你们想要点什么？”柜台后面的侍应问。
Joe看了看Fred说：“我想我们喝啤酒吧。好，我们每人来一品脱啤酒。可以吗，Fred？”
“好的。”Fred说。然后他转过去跟柜台后面的侍应说：“我的啤酒要装在一个乾净的杯子里！别忘了。”
柜台后面的侍应倒满杯子后，拿给Joe和Fred，接着说：“刚才是哪一位要乾净的杯子的？”

The first-class section wasn't going to New York
头等舱不去纽约
On a plane going to New York the flight attendant asked a blonde sitting in the first-class section to economy since she didn't have a first-class ticket.
The blonde replied, “I'm blonde, I'm beautiful, I'm going to New York and I'm not moving.” Not wanting to argue with a customer the flight attendant asked the co-pilot to speak to her. He went to talk with the woman, asking her to move out of the first-class section. Again, the blonde replied, “I'm blonde, I'm beautiful, I'm going to New York and I'm not moving.”
The co-pilot then asked the captain what he should do. The captain said, “I'm married to a blonde, and I know how to do.”
He went to the first-class section and whispered to the blonde's ear. She immediately jumped up and ran to the economy section, saying to herself, “Why didn't anyone just say so?”
Surprised, the flight attendant and the co-pilot asked the captain what he said to her. The captain replied, “I told her the first-class section wasn't going to New York.”
在飞往纽约的一架飞机上，空中小姐叫一位坐在头等舱的金发女郎搬到经济舱去，因为她没有头等舱的机票。
金发女郎回答道：“我是金发女，我很漂亮，我要去纽约，我不搬。”空姐不想和一位旅客争论，要求副驾驶去说服她。副驾驶过去对她说，请她搬出头等舱。金发女还是说：“我是金发女，我很漂亮，我要去纽约，我不搬。”
副驾驶问机长他该怎么办。机长说：“我的妻子是金发女，我知道该怎么办。”
机长走进头等舱，凑进金发女的耳边嘀咕了一声，金发女立即起身，跑进了经济舱并自言自语地说：“为什么没有人给我这样说过？”
空姐和副驾驶都感到吃惊，问机长对她说了些什么。机长回答：“我告诉她头等舱不去纽约。”
