这部电视电影由“阴阳魔界”(1959)的剧作者Rod Serling导演，包括了两个故事。“剧院”一个年轻的女孩去电影院看“女友礼拜五”(1940)。但是令人诧异的是，女孩从荧幕里看见的却是自己生活中的片断而不是那部喜剧。荧幕里的这些片断就是发生在前几天的事情。更令她诧异的是，其他观众却看见的不是这些画面。不久女孩再次来到电影院看这部电影的时候，荧幕里放的竟然是女孩的未来，而且未来的一切令人毛骨悚然。。。。。“终点在何处”故事发生在1868年，Benjamin Ramsey博士是波士顿一所大学的教授，在他的学生的面前，他做了一场手术。结果却是病人O'Neil在手术后死亡了。但是Ramsey博士也发现O'Neil这12年来一直忍受着头骨破裂的痛苦。因为没有人能够忍受这种病痛，所以博士决定去O'Neil所住的那个神秘岛屿一探究竟。在那里他遇见了正在进行组织再生实验的Jeremy Wheaton博士。。。。。。（翻译：Robbie1024）
