更新归属地：update the labels of the phone numbers in the address book contacts with the corresponding local info. After updating, the local info will be displayed if the number is incoming.
清除归属地：restore the labels to the previous content before updating the local info.
归属地查询：display the local info of the phone number which you input into the text field.
Specially, if you simply select the cell of 【更新归属地】, then the labels of the phone numbers in the address book contacts will be instead by the corresponding local informations. If some number in the address book contacts incomes, the local information of the number shall be displayed extra on the incoming call screen.
